Overview

 

The Administrative Assistant is responsible for supporting the daily administrative functions of the Superpumper corporate office. This position is responsible for assisting with A/P, A/R, entering invoices, filing and other various administrative support functions; may provide work for other management staff and related duties as assigned.

 

Supervisory Responsibilities:    NO 

 

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: (not listed in any particular order)

       

    1. Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
    2. Provide general administrative work; distribution of mail, A/P, A/R, verifying data and data entry, filing and entering of invoices.
    3. Assist members of the Superpumper Corporate office staff with various day to day administrative functions and as assigned by the Office Manager.
    4. Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
    5. Performs other light office duties as needed, including traveling to pick up supplies, lunch for guests/meetings, and collecting mail at post office, etc.
    6. Participates in general staff meetings, other internal meetings, and serving on committees as may be applicable to department functions, organizational development or as directed by the Office manager.
    7. Maintains confidentiality of Company, employee, client and customer information, sharing information on a need to know or right to know basis.
    8. Communicate and enforce all safety and security issues.  Report and process all employee and/or customer incidents or unsafe acts in accordance with SPF Energy’s policy and procedure.

    10. Employee is expected to set priorities and meet deadlines. Employee is responsible for planning and carrying out assignments, resolving conflicts that arise, informing and coordinating with others as expected. Employee is accountable for insuring the technical accuracy of their work and maintaining good working relations, both internal and external to SPF Energy. Self-direction and motivation are also expected.
    11. Must meet performance expectations and complete all duties as assigned.

 

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE:

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

 

Essential

·        High School diploma or GED.

·        Minimum 3 years’ experience in related field

·        Must possess strong analytical skills and accurate data entry skills

·        Excellent customer service skills

·        Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

Preferred

·        Knowledge of Pinnacle and Oracle preferred
